I had a dream.
OK, so, there I was in this ancient castle. Really open and pretty. But for some reason there was a giant there. I don't really remember what it looked like, except that it totally dwarfed me. So, there I am, and I know I'm supposed to beat this thing somehow. I'd seen Gandalf do it before (but it wasn't the balrog) so I was like "OK, Gandalf did it with three magical attacks or so... and I have a bunch of grenades. I think I can take this guy on." And Aragorn was sitting there hacking away at it, getting his ass kicked. So I was like "OK, I'm gonna use my weaponry." And I start chucking my bombs at its feet, and the thing keeps on getting hit by it. Until one time where it decides it might be a good idea to kick it back at me, so I'm like "Oh shit." and kick it back at him again. I couldn't figure out why it took so long to explode. Anyway, I run out of bombs, and the thing still isn't defeated. And I shout "How many hit points can this damn thing have?" Then Gandalf shows up, except he's Patrick Stewart in some dressy suit, kinda like Professor X in X-Men, except he's walking. So the big giant runs like hell, and I wake up thinking "Wow. I am a nerd." I'm just really glad Patrick Stewart didn't show up in his Starfleet uniform, or I'd have had myself committed.
