I know what I need to do: I need to get my own laptop somehow. Tony has said I can use his username and password to log on to his Accucomm account. Then I can take the laptop to work with me and use the desk phone to connect to the internet. Right now I still have his laptop, though I need to give it back soon since it's his only computer right now

Hopefully you'll be able to get something -- not to get your hopes up, but we have a couple of laptops sitting around here. They're slow.. thkey're old.. but they might be able to do what you're looking to do. I 'll keep you posted :)

I'm going to check the classifieds in the local paper when I go to my mom's house tomorrow and see if there's anything available, but definitely keep me posted on what you have. I don't need anything fancy...just something that I can use to get online with. :)

I did that trusted non-friends thing.

And got no hits.

You may have to try it a second time. I got no hits the first time I tried it, but after a browser close and a cache clearing, I got it to work.
