I tried to go to sleep early (at least for me) last night, getting to bed around 1AM, but I didn't actually fall asleep until sometime after 3AM, at which point I had one of the weirdest dreams I'd had in a while. I'm not sure it was a nightmare, because more than fear I felt a profound sense of... well, for lack of a better word, unheimlich. ( Read more... )

You know what this dream means?

It means you spend too much time at RvB forums, and need to have more lesbian sex. On camera.

At least, that's what I got out of it.

No, "too much time at RvB forums" means I get dreams involving people from there, or worse, dreams about posting in the BAR.

Did you ever play Dungeon Keeper?

Backstory for if you haven't: your basic worker unit, the imp, had to jump up and down on game squares to capture them, then you could use the square for your own devious needs. You also captured enemy Keeper territory this way.

Anywho.

When I was really getting into the game I would dream that I couldn't turn my alarm off until my dream-imps captured all the squares around my alarm clock.

I also had dreams about Black and White, where the Good and Evil avatar guys would debate the merits of waking up or not.

I still think those aren't quite as bad as dreaming about posting in a forum. Pretty fucking close, though.

And back when I was playing a lot of Bejeweled, I'd catch myself staring at people in lectures and trying to figure out how to swap their positions to form rows of like kinds.
