I don't want to rant about this on Facebook, because I'm still mad about it, and I yet I don't want to offend anyone that might be a coworker. But yesterday a thing happened that really upset me. It upset me a surprising amount and I'm still not over it... So I need to rant about it and get it off my chest

I don't blame you. It's no better at universities with fake vaccine passports and the students realizing they can scream i think I have symptoms to get out of everything

Honestly, now that I've cooled off about it, I can see that it was more the complete lack of consideration, given that they knew that even if they didn't have a fever, they were still experiencing symptoms, and even if they didn't they they knew that their parent was also experiencing symptoms AND tested positive. So coming back to work was the wrong choice even if we were short handed as hell and even if they were BORED of staying at home because there was nothing to do and they didn't feel that bad. But the worst was not saying, "Hey, can you cover for me, but you probably want to do it at the other register, just in case, since I'm still not feeling 100%. KNOWING how I felt about that kind of thing and also knowing that I had not yet been able to get my booster. (which I will hopefully get today at work (That's tomorrow for me because I haven't been to bed
