I'm definitely a meatatarian...

So, I've been tracking my food intake and exercise as I've been working on losing the potbelly. And, you know what, I really love meat.

I've been really bad about tracking my intake/exercise (although I have been exercising and trying to keep things reasonable in terms of food.) I need to get back with LiveStrong.

It's actually been helping to keep me honest about food, in a lot of little ways. Mainly, being able to track food intake is keeping me from snacking too much (my automatic tendency now that I've cut down my meals and am hungry all the time is to SNACK).

Now that I know the relative value of things, I can prioritize whether a snack is really worth it, taking in what I've already eaten. My snack quotient is dedicated to yummies like daifuku, yus.
