Hmmm. It would depend on what kind of female character they wanted to go with. For someone older, smart and funny I think Tina Fey would be great alongside Steve, Paul and Seth (I agree that Chris Rock, as much as I like him, really doesn't need to be there). Or Kristin Chenoweth! Oh, she would be brilliant!

A younger female character is a tough one. Hmmmm...
