I am very much on a delightful fannish high right now. Of the many things I am grateful for:

I loved Emerald City ComiCon where I got to meet a_trill and hang out with literaryll for almost an entire weekend. I'm working on my (hopefully) epic ECCC post to include my notes on DC Nation, Pint O' C.B., and little chats with comics creators (all of whom were super ( Read more... )

This is me, being terribly jealous of all the fun you're having. I've got no one to geek out with at cons, so I tend to wonder around by myself being terribly awkward, lol. Why do you guys have to be on the other side of the country??

:D He even caught the way I bring my chin up a little bit when I'm nervous. Ashley bought a print of Roy from him and then he told us he was gonna sketch us. It was really cool!

Btw, I asked Amanda Conner if the homo-eroticism in Terra was intentional. She said, "Well, yeah. I know my audience." She said it was intended for the audience to see, but not for the characters to see and she mimed clutching her bosoms. :)

I love that sketch! You two are very cute. I can't wait to read your post. I've never been to a Con so I'll have to live vicariously through you. ;-) Oh and look at that Baseball season's back. Woot!Woot! The Mariners are looking pretty good this year and Griffey's back you've gotta be happy about that.Right?

Thank you! I'm still working on it - I've had very little computer time lately and RL is extremely hectic. :(

BASEBALL! YES! Griffey being back is awesome and happy-making, but even better is that the M's have decent pitching. It's seriously drool worthy. *sigh*
