Greg Rucka is Leaving Comics to focus on novels.

So, that's why no Batwoman title. *cries*

I suppose this also means I can give up hope of Lois Lane: Investigative Reporter by Rucka/Saiz. Totally a dream comic.

Yeah, me too. Especially since he's not jumping ship to Marvel, but focusing on creator-owned work and work in other mediums. Plus, his wife is taking on more regular work now and from my discussion with her at ECCC that was a big deal in their household so... yeah, best of luck to him.

I'm just sad we won't be getting the rest of Kate's tale from him. Detective has been utterly amazing.

Yeah, the disappointment kinda took over for me there. :/ Still, as you say, all the best to him in both his professional and personal endeavors. He's not only a good writer, but a good guy.

Yeah, me too. JH Williams III and Geoff Johns say it will still be happening... just without Greg Rucka. :( I wish him all the best, I'm just terribly disappointed.
