My wonderful husband got me a set of lockpicks for Christmas! I am so excited!

They are about to put Chum to sleep. This is very, very hard on my whole family. He was a good and wonderful dog and we will all miss him very much.

As per my usual, I type this as I head generally in the direction of bed since, also as per usual, I have to get up early tomorrow. That having been said, things truly are going well for me right now. Okay, only 39 e-mails once I've weeded out the utter junk (and by "weeded out" in some cases I mean "forwarded on".  I remain firm in my belief that some of the spam I get is the modern equivalent of "The Wasteland").  Still a lot of people to whom to respond, though.

I will try to post a longer entry later, but for now I feel a need to mention that, while I respect that I've been away for quite some time, it's really not necessary for me to have ninety-eight (98) new e-mails in my work account, as well as rather a lot of faxes and phone messages to which to respond. It just doesn't seem right.

By one week from this minute, I will be married.

In case anyone wanted confirmation, YES, last night I did indeed dream that Adam Freedman (of MB and Gordon fame) and I were leading the French Revolution.

So I'm in a relatively good mood since I heard "Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go" on the radio on my way home from work, and it is a pretty fucking sweet song.

So I talked to Drew the other day, which was really nice. I haven't seen him in way too long. Heh, we used to get together in high school, and right after, to play pool. It was great.
