Haha. Mind is from one of my gerontology books: "Many scientific studies seem to confirm the obvious: If we adopt a healthy lifestyle--if we avoid smoking, keep alcohol comsumption moderate, reduce our intake of high-cholestrol foods, exercise regularly, elminate environmental stressors, and so on--we will live longer."
I think yours is better, tho.
BTW, I got this stuff at the herb place where I buy my vitamins that's supposed to help your immune system and I thought about you and all the rest of us that seem to get sick a lot. I'll let you know if it actually seems to do any good.
the closest book to me is "My Sweetest Victory" by Alex Zanardi. He is a fantastic motoracer who had both legs severed mid-thigh during a CART (indy racing league and champ car before the split) race on Sept 15, 2001. and yes... he still races professionally w/ prosthetic legs in WTCC for BMW
the classic bit is... page 56 is completely blank
every chapter begins on a right page and if the the prior chapter also ends on a right page there is a blank left for continuity.
