2) Tasty salad ideas? I'd like to make something yummy and cool for the 4th. I'm currently thinking about a pear/gorgonzola type- but could be swayed.

This one time, at Starbucks.....
Yes yes corporate coffee is evil and I should do my best to try small lil places, and believe me I try. But seriously I drink a huge amount of coffee. I often feel as though I'll pass out/nap uncontrollably between tards. Hence my burning desire for caffeine in the most convenient of places....everywhere.
