Riolu evolve? [Scott... literally had no idea. And he does have a Riolu with him -- a female one, watching while on his head.]

They probably evolve from happiness, kind of like Togepis.

Last I checked. I know Eevees evolve into Espeon and Umbreon depending on their happiness and the time of day.

Why not!? You can never have too many parties! I thought about having a party when we arrived in Violet, but Rainbow Dash left before we got here, and it wouldn't be fair to have one without her.

Ooooh! But you'll absolutely have to come to one of my parties sometime! They're super super fun!
