I missed seeing you at Cutlasses - even went looking for you at the feast hall. Then again I can't see all that well with out my glasses which I often don't wear at events in my vain attempt at being period. I so wish you could come - will miss you!

Freezing breaks down cell walls in peppers and onions so they're limp when cooked. Is it do-able? Totally, as long as you don't care if your veggies are a little watery and aren't at all "al dente".
