I made dinner tonight. It was good, though I've learned some lessons for next time. But definitely a success, considering I made the whole damn thing up. :D

I love the foil trick. We use it on pie crusts too.
And you figure out the points! You only really have to worry about the 98% fat free soup and the biscuits, which are pretty much only one per serving. I only used about 6 of the ones in the reduced fat tube... there are what, 8 in each one? And we had two to spare. :p Veggies are free, and it was 1/6 of about 4/5 a lb of chicken. And chicken is pretty points cheap.
