I am at Chopin Warsaw Airport ready for my journey back home to Perpignan via Barcelona. It has been a really interesting trip here in Poland. I came here knowing almost nothing about this country apart from the cliches regarding war and communism. I know leave having a much better understanding and a desire to know more

I never managed to spend much time in Warsaw, it has always been more of transit point going somewhere else but I always liked how that building in the first photo looked like a cross between communist / Stalin and (just a tiny bit) gothic.

I agree with you regards this building. It even has a touch of The Empire State about it. On Google Maps it resembles a frog ...
