000. Question & Requests.

I'm on a Mac and my icons have a different coloring from Safari to Firefox, so I'm curious from the images below, which is the closest to the coloring seen on your computer screen.

How do you see my icons? )

I like Firefox more, only because in Safari they look darker and more orangeish.

I switched to Safari, and love the colours much better. I find that they match the colours better as I saved them. :)

See, that's what I think too, more defined/contrasted and what not. *sigh* I don't know if there is much I can do, but I don't think I have to change anything, most people see the FF versions and they seem to like them. *shrugs*

Thanks for answering. :)

I use Firefox and the ones for Firefox ones look better to me mainly because the Safari ones look a bit darker and with an orange tint. I actually have a similar problem in that my computer screen makes everything a lot darker so I have a difficult time adjusting the brightness/colouring because what usually looks fine to me is not what the 'actual' result is.

Do you use Photoshop? If you do, you can fix the issue by going to "View > Proof set up > Moniter RGB" also, To save the icon, use Save for Web & Devices.
Preset: PNG - 24 // Check "Interlaced".

Thanks, Megan. I played with it, I guess it'll take some getting used to.

Oh, thank you for that! I've had similar problems. I use PC's for both home and work and I hate how yellow my icons look at work!
