It sounds like there are hyenas fighting out in the street. What the fuck? I swear this neighborhood slips into an alternate dimension sometimes.

It was the same sort of issue over here this afternoon. The neighborhood brats now have one of those portable backetball goals, and decided that the best place to put it was at the bottom of the stairs at the front of the building. So all I heard all day were vile, undisciplined children throwing a ball against the side of the building. The general age range was about 2yrs - 10yrs, and not an adult in sight...
