Seriously, though, I think I need a cheerleader. Because the writing, it isn't happening. The ideas are all there, on this and my other big wip right now, but my fingers are throwing a hissy fit when it comes time to put things on the screen. *frustrated*

Yeah, I just can't write this one until I'm done with my livelongnmarry fic. Because she paid for it, and whatnot, which deserves consideration.

But yis! Snippets! Only not now, because I'm off to - get this - meet Joe Biden. He's doing a town-hall-type meeting at a local high school, and I'm working the event. I plan to ask awkward questions about his stance on gay marriage and supportive ones about Iraq and/or Palin being a crazy. Hell, maybe a soundbyte will make the news. :)

Hey there, hon. You don't know me from Eve, but I thought I drop you a line. I've been ghosting around your journal for a couple of months (and highly enjoying your SGA fic) but haven't been commenting because, well, because I'm a dork! I truly love your fics, and through your fics I've found that I like your voice.

Plus, (and this is why I'm a dork) I've been going through a sexual re-eval of my own, and I was all angsty and "Oh, I'm so alone in my angsty-ness!" And then I saw your journal and I had to laugh, because suddenly I was just another girl who had finally realized that she liked other girls, too.

1. Yay SGA joy. I'm glad my stuff has amused you!
2. Apparently, "oh noes, I think I like girls" is actually a COMMON PROBLEM, who knew? In my case, it was more, "oh noes, I think I like girls better," but such is life. It's nice to know somebody reading my babbling about my life is getting something out of it. :D
