it's nice to hear that. my friends say I'm just freaking out and that I should be fine.

I hear cranberry juice is good. I dunno bout saying u lost the thing.... worth a try I'd say. unless its a very important job. either way good luck dude!

Simple way to know for sure:

Go to your local Rite Aid or Walgreens and buy a drug test. Seriously. Take it at home, and you'll know. If you're clean, you're good.

If you're not clean, I recommend browsing the drug test forum at cannibus.com as those folks and their advice helped me pass a drug test when I KNEW I wasn't clean.

The detox stuff at GNC will work for pee, but not hair. Everyone I know just drinks, like, a gallon of 100% cranberry juice the night before, though, and they always pass.
