i am growing some pretty green, and i google how to sex it but it dosen't look like the ones they are showing me.
i know it's pot because of the leaves and because the seed came from my dime bag but i don't know if it's a boy or a girl.
if it is a boy i want to keep the other one away from it!
help anyone!?

Do you know how old is it? Typically you can't tell the sex of the plant till it's pretty mature and looking like a full on plant, just short of course

it's only a about 3 months old, but it's kinda big considering i planted it late. maybe 3/4 of a foot, not being grown with a grow light.

you can tell if its male or female whether it has buds on the plant or not. Males lack the crystal THC and the small bunches of weed that is picked off to smoke.

some plants need 2 weeks of 8 hour on, 8 hour off lighting in order to simulate fall and for the plant to start the flowering stage, which is when it shows its sex. during the flowering stage you should get lights with red light bands which focuses the plants energy on its buds, and lights with blue light bands when it is in its vegetative stage. the females will have hair like pistils, while the male will have little buds filled with pollen.
