Yoshino is mostly straight. She could have been bi if Lalamon had admitted certain things earlier in her life, but now she's pretty much 90 % straight.

At least that's my current reasoning. As for part 2, she looks pretty normal naked.

Yoko's straight. And as for the 2nd question? Not like her outfit leaves much to the imagination. She's pretty normal too.

Kouki's straight, but is also surprisingly co-dependent on whomever he can form a connection to. This translates to possessiveness.
