May 18, 2005 05:26

It's 5;26 am and I still have not slept more than 2 hours in 2 days. I guess I am having a flare. It's pretty unpleasant, but not as bad as usual. I am completely out of it for now....and my dad is coming into town, and I have work really hard till he gets here, so I have no time to really rest ( Read more... )

I'm not supposed to have coffee at all, but an occasional indulgence can't hurt too much!!!

Did you get any sleep?

I'm getting better. I'm beginning to realize that getting out of the house every day makes a huge difference.

I have to go downtown to see a specialist, a glaucoma (sp?) specialist. It's a real pain in the ass, isn't it? *hugs* For me, it eats up most of my day exept when I go in the morning in shich case I have to get up at the butt crack of dawn, and it eats up half my day.

I hope u feel better really soon *hugs*

A glaucoma specialist? Why? I hope you don't suffer from that?!
Thanks for your message. Yeah I find I can only ever get so much done in my day. If it were twice as long I would fit the things in that really mattered to me - friends, love etc. At this stage, working 28 days of the month, I don't see how I can make it all work. One step at a time I guess. I am feeling a bit better, the sleep helped. It gets like this if 3 weeks- the bacteria goes into die off mode, and starts polluting the system. It's really gross...:)

Huh? How would dying bacteria pollute your system?

Yeah, I have glacoma. It happens sometimes when people have surgeryfor cateracts. I'm to tired and onry to sit and explain it.

That's OK - no explanation needed. I have a friend with Glaucoma and it's very painful. I hope your version isn't as bad.
Dying bacteria don't get cremated - apparently they just float around your system till you eliminate them ( sweat, urine etc). I have also heard that dying bacteria will react by respawning - and they leave alot of 'matter' in your system that makes it toxic, like their OWN excrement - pee etc. Ugh ugh ugh - GET OUT OF MY BODY!!! lol
ps - I hope your dad is feeling much better.
