i forgot about livejournal...gah

so i've been home from afghanistan for about a month now. i just totally forgot about livejournal, though. i haven't been able to log in at all for the past year, so i guess it just slipped my mind. crazy, huh? many thanks to all the people who kept in touch or even went so far as to send cards or packages. kirsten and andy in particular.
