These tiny apartments, at first glance, looked to me like a nice option for people living in the most unaffordable city in the world, but - $675-$750 for a 270 ft^2 unit in the worst area in the city? I'm paying well under double that amount to own a place that's more than double the size, and in a much better neighbourhood.
