So Penny Lane is definitely going into heat... I'm so mad at myself for waiting the extra week to get her spayed (she is scheduled for next Wednesday)... a cat's likelihood of developing breast cancer increases by a hundred some times if they aren't fixed before their first heat. She's already been through so much that I feel terrible putting her

Increase a hundred sometimes? Are you serious? I didn't know that. but yuck I don't like it when they are in heat.

oh my lordy i didn't know that! my rescue kitty jess was just spayed, and she went into heat...
and she was at least 3 years old when we got her.
ahh now i'm nervous
