Whether the man who shot them was aware of it or nor, he WAS an enemy of Israel, because his actions only make the situation worse. Intent is not everything.

First, to call the prejudism shown here racism is to say that there is a racial difference between the Palestinian Arabs and the Jewish Israelis. There isn't. As a matter of fact, there is no racial difference between Arabs, Jews, or Europeans. The liberal use of the word "racism" by the media bastardizes the word and sends the wrong message.
However, there was clear hatred shown toward the Palestinians. It is a major fault of the Israelis. Granted, Palestinians show similar hatred toward Israelis, but there are enough comments in other posts that make that point.
I agree completely with the Palestinian Kenesset member. Not only can that Israeli be counted as an enemy of Israel and a terrorist, but the interpretation of Israeli law that the judges made was simply inhuman. I would, though, change the Palestinian Kenesset member's ammendment to "hostile activities by a terror organization acting against Israel's interests."
