Summary: Taiga left. Juri didn't even know. He waited for him. Waited and waited. Juri was being drowned on his own abyss of thinking too much. "He left me.." Juri kept telling himself. But is that really just how it is? Or did something happened to Taiga?
a/n: This is a chaptered fic. It's a bit of angst.
Prologue
"What's that sound?..It's familiar.." Juri thought fuzzily. He recognizes the sounds he's hearing but it's a bit hard for him to pin point it. He tried to move his body but it felt like his body is not his. He doesn't even know if he's in a dream or in a reality. Although the answer came instantly when he felt something cold and wet on the right side of his back. And it felt like someone's watching him as well.He forced his eyes open and was blinded by the illuminated shadow covering the sky.
"H-huh--" Juri tried to speak but he could only croak a few sounds. His throat is dry. He tried for a second time to make his body follow what his mind wants it to do. Fortunately, it did, a bit. Juri was trying to sit up when suddenly the person who saw him, helped him to a sitting position. Juri was surprised at the strength of the person or probably he's just too weak at the moment.
"Why are you sleeping by the shore? Are you homeless?" It was a girl's voice. A little girl to be exact. "Huh?" Juri answered back, confused. He squinted his eyes to adjust and looked around him. And the girl is right. He's by the beach. That explains the cold and wet feeling he felt before on his back. He realized half of his clothes is drenched in water. Juri tried to figure it out why is he there in the first place. And then it hit him. "Ah. I was roaming around nowhere and..I was so tired..I probably ended up here and fell asleep." Juri thought. The girl kept on asking stuff but all was a blur to Juri's ears.
He was still waking up. And suddenly, he remembered something. "YABAI!" he screamed dryly, which made him cough a bit. Juri searched his pockets and took his phone out. There are a bunch of messages and missed calls. From his parents, his brothers, his friends as well. He knew he's in trouble. But he didn't care. He was looking for one name to show up in the bunch of mails and missed calls his phone registered. But he didn't find the name. "So much for expecting.." Juri thought and sighed.
He scrambled to his feet and thanked the little girl with a pat on her head. He walked away from the beach holding his phone and calling back the people who're probably worried. But in the corner of his mind, he couldn't stop thinking "Why.."
