I wanted to find a place to stay during what is left of the winter while it was still sunny... It seems like I was lucky.

Are you doing fine, Yagiri-san?

A sensible thing to do. ( she sounds almost approving. )

Of course. I don't make it a habit to do things that would make me less than that.

[Smiles and nods.] Yagiri-san seems to be the kind of person who wouldn't take unnecessary risks without a good reason.

I'm not sure if the snow is better or worse than the torrential downpour of rain that happened when I first arrived...

Is the weather always this whimsical here?

Whimsical as a child going from toy to toy then wanting an entirely new one, but when you buy it they just want to play with the original one.

That's... Terrible.

Can I hope that there are at least some calmer times in between catastrophes?

I'm not really sure about the weather, since I've only been here for a few months. But there was that weird event where everyone suddenly has gaps in their memory.

The more I hear about this place, the stranger it gets...

...its already strange from the get-go anyways, getting more strange is just par for the course.

[Chuckles.] I suppose it is.

I've heard things about pixels, now memory gaps... And of course the people appearing and disappearing.

The weather does make it hard to move. [Subaru has finally caught over the cold he caught and had to deal with forever.] Cherrygrove is a nice place to stay, though.

I had some serious trouble in some parts, but at least it was a little sunny on my way here. I don't want to imagine how it must be going trough that road when it's snowing.

I agree, it is comfortable and not too quiet, so it won't be boring.

I couldn't make it alone-- I was sick when I was still in New Bark Town. I've heard that the path isn't hard, as far as paths go-- one of the later ones has a cave.

I'm not looking forward to that one.

It's dangerous to travel trough these paths while sick...

The map shows some longer routes, and the cave too... I'm not looking forward to it either, to be sincere.

Wow... You're gonna hanging around there until Spring? That feels like a long time from now.

I'm not used to traveling long distances by foot, so it would be dangerous to do it in this weather... Fortunately I'm in no hurry.

At least you can get to know the town before leaving again. I was in such a rush to meet up with a friend that I didn't have time to settle in.

You missed a lot, Maebara-san, Cherrygrove is a very nice town. You should take some time to visit it when you are not busy.
