More detail about the skills:
Power Charge
The description says "doubles physical damage", but really I think it's more like 2.5x.
Tarukaja
According to a
P4 mechanics FAQ, this increases attack power by 40%. She can cast it on herself or any ally, but only on one person per turn.
Bufula
The second-level single-target ice spell, roughly equivalent to Blizzara for you FF fans.
Ice Boost
Adds 25% to the power of Bufula and Mabufu. Pretty self-explanatory.
Mabufu
The first-level mass ice spell, basically Blizzard spread across the field.
Agneyastra
FLAMING METEORS FROM THE SKY. Chie killed the dinosaurs, folks, you heard it here first. That mechanics FAQ quotes its power at 240, with accuracy of 75. It can potentially hit all enemies and has a chance to strike up to three times.
God's Hand
A GIANT GOLDEN FIST FROM THE SKY. Chie's end-game physical skills are awesome. This is a single-target attack with a power of 1,600 (!!) and accuracy of 90.
High Counter
About one out of every five physical attacks gets reflected right back. It's a passive ability, so I am sorely tempted to have it activate when someone, say, gives her a playful smack on the shoulder.
