I'M NOT GONNA LIE: Chie thinks Luffy is kind of dumb. But that's not that important! Because he's got the right attitude about having fun in life and always sticking by your comrades, and he's definitely fun to hang out with. So Chie counts him as a friend, and the next time she gets turned into a dog, she will totally humor him and let him teach her tricks.

...Incidentally, I don't believe she's seen either his Devil Fruit power or his bottomless stomach yet. So we should do something with those some time! :D

First impressions on Banjou?

Chie thinks Banjou is smart and reliable! She's not 100% certain where she got that impression, though (lol cfuw). But he's a nice guy, and he seems pretty normal (hahaha), so she's glad to count him among her friends.

And like she said in the IRC post, from what little she's seen of Banjou and Bekku together, she thinks they're pretty cute. |D

We have! Also if you recall that post where Usopp and Robin stole the mess hall's spoons, I imagine that Chie first met her then (I placeholdered and failed to pick up, so it never happened on screen, sob).

Chie finds Robin very interesting! She's Cool and Mysterious (the capital letters are necessary), and her Devil Fruit power is weird but cool. And I think she probably admires her/has a tiny unconscious crush on her because she's so cool and feminine. (I keep using the word cool, but it's just true.)

She still may be a little embarrassed around him for a bit, although thankfully they at least got the misunderstanding cleared up. But so far Chie thinks Satoshi's a pretty nice guy! He hasn't made a strong impression on her yet, but she's more than willing to get to know him better.
