ya thats the accident, that asshole is trying to sue me for a million dollars but i dont have a million dollars so hes trying to sue my dad for a million dollars since i was a minor at the time and the car was under his name. However, my dad doesnt have a million dollars either so he's trying to sue my dads company which i dont think he is legally allowd to do. Basicaly he's trying to retire from being a queer pastry chef at the four seasons and is looking for money to help him retire. It just sucks that next time i come back to florida, ill probably be spending the whole time talking to investigators and lawyers and shit but i might be able to get them to pay for my flight. I got a fone line but it will take a few days to get hooked up, by tuesday it should be hooked up so i can use the internet and fone in my room rather than at the library and the payfone down the street.
