I just got back from doing a step class called BodyStep at my work. It's so nice working at a gym and having a free membership that's worth like $300-400. It's a hardcore cardio workout anyways, where you need coordination, and trust me I have almost none. My heart started to hurt and I thought I was gonna pass out
