... Good question.

The akatsuki, let us say, are still infiltrating Konoha -- so they may use whatever disguises they deem necessary. And if tha diguise entails pretending o be in the harem -- why not.

I imagne konoha would be thrilled to get their hands on the missing nin -- who ran away from the harem. It's like the fight club You can't ever get away!

Even if they weren't caught in their own jutsu, the Akatsuki would still be hatching scheme to invade Konoha? The Akatsuki seem to be confused lately.
