we do have spectro gel, I just always used it for piercings. I'll try it out as a facial cleanser though :)

I'd try using tea tree oil (dab it on them) and/or witch hazel (as an astringent), and don't touch your skin.

I forgot to say: PIMPLES!
I think the best thing to do is DRINK WATER. Drink a ton of water. Every day. It's the best remedy for combatting pimples.
