Perhaps you should ask the deities if you actually get to talk to them. However I can gurantee running around and screaming won't shorten your stay, so maybe you should quiet down.

Just don't be surprised if they say they're busy and can't deal with you. They do that a lot.

Sadly, you'll get used to it. But really, do you honestly think shouting like that will accomplish anything. The only gurantee is you'll wear yourself out, or strain your vocal chords.
