No, no, you're supposed to give the dare. You ask "truth or dare", and then... Y'know, the other person has to pick one. If truth, they have to tell you the truth to a question you decide, aaand... If dare, you have to come up with something for them to do. It's usually something weird, or messy, or embarrassing, or something like that. Like shaving someone's name in your hair or something like that. But... You know... Don't dare ME that.
