So, once and for all, what's up with this "Halloween" thing? The intelligence I gathered tells me that Halloween's some sort of cursed day that people are scared of but at the same time it's a day when kids dress up in funky costumes and get candy from people? What's up with that? Is this City that weird?

It's where you can dress up and get free candy! I don't have it in my world back home, either.

There was a curse last year, though. At sunset, people turned into whatever costume they were wearing. Not so bad depending on the outfit!
