On being a fujoshi in an international student dorm in Japan

First is first - here's a quick question to pose. Where should I go sometime soon? Shibuya or Ikebukuro? Shibuya's Mandarake has a sweet selection of non-BL goods like artbooks and a not bad selection of doujinshis. Ikebukuro is BL heaven, and if I'm there I can get as many Doujinshis I want.

Or I could just hit all spots.

So onto the rant.

What's a nice Fujoshi like you doing in a place like this? )

From my experience, any Animate or Hard Off sells doujinshi. I've never seen them at Book-Off though for some reason. Also, Comiket takes place twice a year. You can stock up on the newest doujinshi there. So I think you'd you able to get your fix of doujinshi wherever you go, unless you're a truly hardcore collector.

I know, right? On one hand, in university I'm shameless when it comes to discussing porn, sex, and all these things. However, I never talk about them to my parents (lol no way). It's hard to gauge whether a person's seriously cool with it. I think I'm slightly in the closet too, when we shouldn't be! T_T
