So I've had these random TV thoughts running around my head the last month or more, Need to get them out or they will keep rattling around in here, and frankly there isn't as much space as there used to be, so I need to clear them out so

what I did want to say was I hope we get more Sherlock over here. Cumberbatch was quite yummy and I liked the show even though I thought I wouldn't

Well, I read that they wrapped season 2, and are talking about early 2012 release... not sure when it might get to the states, or if I'm going to get closure on the cliffhanger.
I am by no means a Sherlock Holmes fanatic, and don't think I've read any of the books. I guess I'd heard it was good, so not so much surprised that I liked it, as how good it actually one. My crush on him took me totally by surprise however..

Dr Who and regeneration. Yes, great idea for changing actors for the lead role. Tennant, as the Doctor once said, as he was beginning to regenerate, he didn't want to go. He didn't want to die. It's because they change personalties, even though they keep the memories and it is basically still the same Time Lord, it must feel like they are dying when they regenerate. The new body comes with a new set of quirks and a new personality, they are no longer the one that came before.
I feel the same as you about Bones. 'Nuff said.
Being Human, the BBC original is a must see. Don't know how I am feeling about season 4, with Mitchell gone.
Sherlock is only 3 eps a season. I don't know how many for the second season, but the Brits don't do 22 eps a season for shows. We're lucky to get 13 at times. But Sherlock has amazing scripts and amazing everything.
Had to laugh at your winebar comment.

Sherlock.. 3 episodes is not enough when its that great. Ok no 22, but how bout five..
hehehe about the winebar, I only went home for the day for some paperwork and to swap suitcases, I was exhausted and meant only to say hello. But the whole gang was there, the by the glass list was brand new and I had to see if I approved all the choices... the rest is just a blur until I was back at the airport to come back here... :)))

I've kind of given up on it, except I can't stop, and poor Seely he deserves better...
I'll catch up eventually, its behind Ringer and Burn Notice (not the best TV show ever made, but I can't stop watching) until I get home and grab my box sets.

I wondered about Grimm, so if you liked it i will start looking for it.
Hmmm.Once upon a time, hadn't heard of it yet, but I love the way you talk about it, except that I am not S8 biggest fan. But I will look out for it anyway thanks ;)
I find Joss hinting about happy endings a tiny bit scary.
Mostly, the comics make me miss Brian Lynch and ATF.
No BBC Being Human? Not even a little?

Grimm is actually turning into something darkly funny and quite amusing - the hero is a bit of a melodramatic poser but his werewolf sidekick makes up for that. I only wish they kill the hero's love interest - or move her far and away. But she is not on screen much.
'Once upon a time' is actually quite cheesy - and it is ( rightfully) getting C+ reviews. But Espensen and Chambliss are both on the team, and some of the stuff that is going on there just gives me these funny vibes... Especially when they say the word 'soulmate' right on camera - and there this guy who forgot he is a Prince laying in a coma. And there are so many other strange things referenced... I would suggest trying it out - they have bigger cast than Grimm and trying to be more ambitious.
