Well, it was pretty hard to miss someone dancing like Kelly was, wasn't it? Hannibal had just been on his way back from class and now he had a nice little concert to watch.

If he recognized her, he might have whipped out his phone to record this. As it was, he just watched.

It took her a moment to spot him. And then he was greeted with, "Omigod, hi! I'm Kelly, do you go to school here?"

No, Kelly, he just wanders the halls for fun.

"Omigod, nice to meet you!" she said, bouncing on her toes. "I'm just dancing while I, like, unpack, you know? Mariah is sooo amazing. She's like, an inspiration. Sam had gone by Kelly's room yesterday, but no one had been around. The music made him go looking today, and when he spotted her, he watched her dance for a minute before knocking on the door and trying to get her attention.
