Hanako took one look at Chinen’s pout and groaned. “Did I blink again..?”
“Yep. One more try~”
The pair had been trying to take a photo of the two of them for about an hour. It was the ideal thing for Chinen to take with him, as his next concert was going to separate the couple for a number of weeks. It would have been the perfect to have his girlfriend by his side~
… Except for the fact that every time they tried to take the photo, Hanako would blink. Even when they turned the flash off, her eyes would come up closed in every picture.
Hanako was getting tired of grinning. “Can’t we stop now~?”
But Chinen was determined to get that picture of the two of them. Finally he had an idea of how he could keep his girlfriend’s eyes open.
“Ne~ Try looking at me this time!” Chinen said as he set the timer on the camera.
“We already tried that, didn’t we~? I still blinked…”
“Just trust me,” Chinen replied, and Hanako wondered what he was planning.
A few moments passed before the beeping on the camera sped up, signifying that it was almost time for the picture to be taken. Hanako could almost feel her eyes beginning to close against her will on the last beep, but before she could blink Chinen had surprised her by kissing her. Her eyes opened wide as her shock made her forget the bright flash of the camera. Chinen went to check the camera after their kiss, and smiled, seeing that he finally had the ideal photo of him and his girlfriend.
