A few quick things before I start cooking for the next four hours.
- Meatballs. Stop using dried bread crumbs in a can or throwing in bread crumbs and milk separately. Get white bread, cut off the crusts, dice up the bread and let it sit in milk for a little while. Squeeze the extra milk out before adding to the meat. I just tried this
