Post-Birthday Post
So, I spent my birthday racking the two current batches to secondary. PA has SG of 1.007, Stout has SG of 1.017. Racked the mead and added another 1/4 tsp. DAP, but didn't take a reading since it's only a half-gallon batch. A little worried about the PA, because it had a bit of a strange looking texture on the surface. Probably just paranoid.
