Grandma

I was planning on writing an update here before the next semester gets underway. There's a lot going on...mostly good. But a terrible thing has come up. My grandma is on life support in Detroit. She was apparently suffering from some type of stomach infection that overtook her today. She's had four cardiac arrests, and although she's "stable"

Thanks Erik--I hope I can take care of myself w/o coming off selfish or unconcerned. I guess we'll see. My sis called last night to tell me that the grandma passed overnight. *sigh*
