I've been part of the Japanese Empire for almost 50 years, so I've learned a lot about Japan during that time.

...I take it you're the new wife he was talking about before? Hungary, right?

The art of Japanese cuisine and etiquette is one that people dedicate their entire lives to, often only to face great failure. If you want to honor him by appropriately preparing a meal, it will require much effort and skill.

I can't promise I'll be perfect at it, but I'd like to at least try.

In that case, I would be more than willing to offer some advice. I am a member of a very dignified wealthy Japanese family, so I've been trained in the ways of Japanese cuisine and etiquette since I was a child.

I would hope my humble services would be of assistance.

If you really wouldn't mind, I'd be very grateful for any help you may be able to give.
