Mr.Corey, how are you buddy? It's great hearing from you. Seems like your meeting interesting characters as usual("Where have you gone Lord Eldeberry?"). Also,"Why am I listening to Bob Segar right now?" seems like a song that The Hives are destined to write. Cheeky, catchy, swedish punk, you can't get enough of it

Lord Eldeberry has gone to the other side, of the world!

What has Old Master Scottie been up to?

I don't know if you saw my comment before I deleted my post, so here it is again:

Don't read Norwegian Wood; South of the Border, West of the Sun; or Sputnik Sweetheart.

I love The Elephant Vanishes; my favorite story is "On Seeing the 100% Perfect Girl One Beautiful April Morning." I have a feeling you probably won't like it though. That particular story anyway; it's a pretty straight forward love story.

You should also read Scandal by Shusaku Endo. And Coin Locker Babies and In the Miso Soup by Ryu Murakami (no relation to Haruki).

If you can find a translation for Audition by Ryu Murakami, read that too. Or just see the movie. I generally like to think that I am pretty tough, but I threw up during and after I watched it.

Also, I emailed you an mp3 of an Artic Monkeys song. Did you get it?

i remember you putting that as a journal entry, at the time i thought something similar had happened to you though. nice story, though sad

it's weird walking past people and thinking that they'd be right for you? or unusual, i mean, it doesn't happen all that often does it?
