Community: I have 2: elite-create and createandshine.
Moderator(s): bea-lost and lihana for both. (it also help us t00tsy at elite-create)
Type of Icontest:
elite-create --> An elite weekly challenge community in which, participants can make the icons of anything they like (tv shows, actors, movies, celebs, stock, fashion, cartoons, etc...) that adjust to the theme of the challenge. For participate is necessary to apply in the application post. Only outstanding makers will be accepted.
createandshine --> the same as the other but it isn't elite, is open to everyone who want to participate.
Subject(s): ie: idiot of me answer this point in the previous one *facepalm* (sorry!).
General Schedule: Weekly, they submit their icons by making a new entry to the community and tagging them with their username.
Six Sample Icons: (I'm not have time to ask everyone :s it's too bad if I ask you to do it??? *embarrashed*

On the iconist issue, we can PM them individually and handle it that way - no worries. :) We can put the icons up for now and take them down if necessary.
EDIT: Hmm. It seems cattrius is both inactive and does not accept PMs from other users; would it be alright if I hunted for another icon to use, from one of the iconists who've already granted approval?
We will be reinstating those lists at a later date, but for now, it was just too much to keep up with. :\ Also, it wasn't organized quite as efficiently as it could be, so that needs to be improved.
Also, I will be making a notation that your icontest is on temporary hiatus - normally, we wouldn't post it until after the hiatus is over, but there is a date scheduled for reopening that we can include for yours, so that helps. :)
