Loving It, Loving It

Sorry Patriots. 10-0 is as far as you go. As much as I miss everyone at Mount Holyoke, I'm glad to be back in Bronco country for the playoff happiness. Sweet, sweet football euphoria for at least one more week ( Read more... )

I've never been into football, I can kind of understand the appeal of spectator sports. It's something about the excitement of the special event, watching it with friends, stadium or sports bar food, etc. I'm glad you're enjoying the football where you are.

Hey Norah. I was watching that game (well, it was on, I wasn't paying attention all that much) in a sports bar in New York. Except, when I was there *nobody* was scoring, for a long time. And yet, there were serious reactions in the crowd (hissing, cheering, etc.) I don't know why, nothing was happening.

I'm watching season 2 of arrested development right now! What episode was it that you said was the funniest?

yay! i was pretty excited about the broncos pats game too. mostly because i hate the pats, but luckily in this case it worked in your favor. are they playing the steelers or the colts in the playoffs?

They're playing the Steelers, who will hopefully rock the Broncos just like they did the Colts--or at least this kid from PA is hopin' for it. It's okay, Norah, I'll still love you even if the Broncos win.

And, yes, Project Runway this season is so fabulous (though I'll always miss Austin, which is perhaps why I bought the DVDs for Season 1 so that I can--over and over again--watch him model in the Postal Service challenge). Nick is absolutely my favorite, though Danny V. is a close runner-up (mainly because of this shirt that he designed that I have to keep myself from purchasing because I can't be that much of a Project Runway dork). If you haven't listened to Tim Gunn's Podcasts, they're worth it. And did you know that Morgan once slapped Tim Gunn?!

Okay, I've got to simmer down. But so fabulous!
