life is a very funny thing, especially when you don't feel like you're the one pulling te strings in your own life anymore.

maybe it's about time to revolt and  re-think myself...

i keep saying that i ought to and i have yet to do it.

but i need to do it soon... so if someone has some ideas about how i can go about it... please let me know...

I think changing oneself comes from really understanding oneself. What really makes you tick? What motivates and demotivates you? What inspires you and what make you want to stop all together? Most trickily, what is it about you that makes you feel like you have to change? Sometimes it's not YOU that needs to change but your situation. Other times, it is you, but you really need to understand why.
