I've been reading your work for a long time, since I first entered the Tolkien fandom. I found your stories really good and I enjoy your writing. I don't know if you still use this lj account and still accept new friends, but I decided to try anyway.

Our next meeting may come sooner than you expect. I have a colleague here at work who'd love to travel with me to Europe (she's never left the US before, and is a bit scared of going on her own) and Amsterdam is a place she mentioned she'd like to see...

She has to save up both money and vacation time, so it won't be for at least another year. But it has to be before 2017, as I still have about 80 euros on my OV Chipkaart, and I can't let them expire! :D
